Facilities

The Clubroom caters for regular Village functions and day-to-day Social Club activities.

All Residents are entitled to use the clubroom and facilities, as an extension of their units. You can participate in such events as regular Movie days – regular Social Club meetings such as The Melbourne Cup Day, AFL Grand Final function and many more daily activities. There is an eight ball table to keep your eye in.

The kitchen facilities indoor and out allow for catering on special days

The Pool, Spa, Indoor or Outdoor kitchens and courtyard is for your entertainment and enjoyment.

Our leisure facilities are provided for the quiet enjoyment of all residents of the village, and it is therefore desirable that a measure of control and protocol be adhered to, which must be observed and supervised by the residents themselves

Family members are able to use the pool and spa only when residents are not using them, unless permitted by the residents present.

Children are free to use the pool only when supervised by the key holder residents.

The new outdoor kitchen, poolside, allows for catering on special occasions including Birthdays, Anniversary’s etc or just come and enjoy a quiet drink with other residents on our regular Friday night “Happy Hour” – all residents and their families.
